Makes it so much easier to get the bike turned around rather than back & forwarding outside the garage in close proximity to the car.

If you can’t spin the bike in the side stand then you need some training.
By the time you’ve got it on this, in the centre stand and than back off, etc it’s already done and in the garage.

I've been spinning bikes on the side stand for 25 years, but not one that's 250kg thanks.

It's been designed strong enough to do so and better balanced than pretty much any other large CC bike I've ever owned when doing so. Far easier than my ZZR1400 for instance which weighs almost as much. As do our Z1000SX's.

I've got a couple of those in the garage and they are a quality piece of kit, mine are as good as new and i've been using them for the last 6 years. Drive in, onto the stand and a spin around and out you go.
Slightly harder to get onto the main stand because of the step up but its no big deal.

There's a chap on here who makes them out of old road signs. I got one from the last batch he did a while back and it works really well. I'll see if I can dig out the details

Not the side stand but

I used to spin my last GSA on the centre stand, walking it around.

However it eventually gave up, twisting the legs and breaking a weld.

I have one of these “ Spinners” - - as per the OP ,, it’s a game changer ,, saves a great deal of manual manoeuvring 👍👍 - good bit of kit 👍👍

I bought one some years ago, did you find him as I’d like another?

Turns (sorry) out I still have one, and having found it I recall the original sign version bent to the point of being no use, so I “ found” a piece of 3 mm stainless and put it on either the original or similar bearing. It will be tested in anger on Sunday.

I made one of these about 20 years ago. Didn't know anyone else made them. Not used it since moving house and gaining a garage. Mine is a tad thicker tough at 47mm as it has a heavy duty bearing. IMG_20241115_091405_edit_735386793257575.jpgIMG_20241115_091337.jpg

I use one of these to move my bike around the garage (y) used successfully on both my 1200/1250GS' and now my 1250RS. You have to be carefull about positioning as the centre stand extension arm can foul one of the casters but you soon get used to it.

I don’t fancy the sound reproduction on any of yours…
