As above.Has anyone done this or had it done?
I understand that, although the main plugs are fired by the crappy,65 quid a shot coil sticks, the lower plugs are supplied by a normal coil/plug lead.
How easy is it to move the plugleads to the main plugs, ditch the sticks and live happily ever after?.

I think that someone on this site has said that the timing on the secondary plugs is slightly different from the main plugs. So I don't think it would work.

Just pull off the lower spark plug caps - result, a single spark. :D

I've always fancied a single cylinder "Thumper". If I pull the spark plug caps off on just one side will that achieve the desired result?

Ask Bill (fanum), he's trying the 1150 single cylinder route at the moment.
