This was always tough enough without luggage on a low sportsbike, how the hell do a rider and pillion get on and off the bike with panniers and topbox on? Bike is a gsa.

Remember that Italian cruise ship.......................the Concordia

Just flop over onto your side and slide off

Im a bit puzzled by your question, have you never tried it and are looking for ideas? have had the bike there loaded with a passenger ready and failed to mount it? please could you give a bit more info and we will try and help.

i use a ladder to get on then hope for the best when i have to get off it.

better put it in 6th 1st tho......

Someone please correct me of I'm wrong, but isn't it the same method whatever the bike :(
ie. Rider gets on, pillion stands on pillion footpeg to get on, and getting off is simply the reverse?

One of these strapped to the top box should do nicely.

Mrs P used to be a Skydiver......!

One old parachute(still serviceable) and remove topbox!

Arrive at destination.....!

Don't bother slowing down.....!

Pull ripcord.....!

One day in early April circa 1999, at around 09:00hrs, I'm standing outside of a South London news agents smoking a fag in front of my bike. Then I see a Geezer on a Honda 600 of some denomination pull up next to my bike with a big grin on his face and ask if I'm going to Brands for the BSB race.

"Yes" I say, "when I've finished my smoke".

"Okay, let's go together" he says and jumps off his bike...Leaving his GF on the pillion seat to test the impact resistance of the tarmac.

His excuse was he hadn't ridden all winter, was out of practise, and forgotten she was there in all of his excitement.

Good Luck...You'll probably need it. :thumb
