Had tourance exp,s on my 08 gs good allround tyre but the rear was goosed at 5k, had roadsmarts fitted and noticed a massive difference faster turn in,quieter running and loads of grip wet or dry, dont know how long they will last but that isnt really important to me.

Just had my 6000ml service at 7144mls.
1200gs new last September came fitted with EXP's and had a set of new standard tourances fitted the day before the service, rear was only just legal front had a bit to go but I never felt confident in the front EXP,whilst they were very good in the wet the front often felt it was about to wash out in damp conditions it also seemed to make the bike run wide in the corners.
Origional tourances feel so much better on clean tarmac and on the back roads strewn with loose gravel.

My previous GS had Tourance which i quite liked. I wrote the bike off a few months back and now have a new 2010 GS which like RichieS's bike came standard with Conti's fitted. I was sceptical at first but like Richie i have not been able to fault them so far.

The other week I did the Yengo track off the Putty Rd through to Wollombi. The 4 other bikes with me sported Tourance tryes and for my experience level they ate my dust. This was on 50 klms of pretty rough track. Then of-course you're back on the tar and another 130klms back to Sydney. The Continentals handled all of this with aplomb.

Road performance is good also. Scraping my toes the other day through some bends and the Conti's never even felt like they would let go.

Worth a look in my book.
