UHF CB bluetooth to headset - how to?

I want to get my handheld UHF CB 'bluetoothed' so it can talk to a yet-purchased headset of some sort that I will open up and hook into my throat mike....I'm a Bluetooth newbie so is there anyone who can tell me what's involved on the Bluetooth front?
