My first Dent was very enjoyable. Managed to get an early sailing so I'm half way across the Irish Sea. Shattered but really enjoyed the weekend. Great prizes in the raffle/auction. Needed the Touratech bag to get my winnings home

You did'nt do bad with that. Your Mrs spoke well of the pillion comfort. That gives me a bit more leverage with the wife, just got to keep chipping away at her; and who knows. Nice one. I'am back up the A1 at the moment. Trouble is i've got too many wheels today.

Just another short message to pass on my thanks to Micky and all who helped put this weekend together, without the effort and time you put it, this forum would not be the success it is - it's been said before but very many thanks and keep up the great work!
It was my first and I'd like to think it won't be the last, great to put faces to names and the venue is wicked too - less rain next year please

Maureen has just admitted that she may have released a very minor 'chorus' that was fortunately completely overwhelmed by Gerardd's expulsions that were on a similar level to a tectonic plate movement

Mike & Maureen.

I did ask Maureen if she had just heard the sound of ripping cotton, she said no. I asked again a minute or two later after a particularly loud ripping sound but she just told me to drink more whisky and concentrate on the bbq.

Maybe this helps explain things. And why she kept shifting about in her chair. Gerry was kind enough though to mainly cover for her, very gentlemanly of him.
