All right folks,
having read recently about a gs being stolen from one of the scottish users on the forum it has really made me rethink the security on my bike. Basically it was locked in a garage, on a ramp, and chained to the ramp as well and it was a totally unique bike (ie resale would be difficult) but it was still stolen.
obviously the thieving scum should be castrated but i am wondering now how best to deter a would-be thief?
i realise a gun and a few guard dogs would do, but if they want it they will steal it, so how do i minimise resale potential especially of the parts?? microdots??? smart water??? or are there any new products out there?? is tracking an option??
apologies for the long winded query but if it means my bike is still there in the morning, its gonna be worth it.
cheers,
t
