Aaaagh!
Someone please help, before I throw something out of the window!!
Having recently had my City Selct V7 upgrade CD through the post, I've coughed up and paid for the unlock code from Garmin. Not a problem so far, apart from the £90 (ouch!).
Having put the code into the unlock wizard on screen (MapScource version 6.5), the wizard tells me I've successfully unlocked the maps. Trouble is, nothing happens! I still have the little yellow screen in the bottom right hand corner of the map page telling me the map detail is locked, along with a pop up box everytime I open MapScource telling me they need unlocking.
I've emailed Garmin, who (very condescendingly) suggest I "simply press Contrl+U", which starts the wizard up again, etc.
I sat for 40 mins in a phone queue on their 'helpline' last week, but couldn't get through.
So. Is it me thats a dummy, or am I really crazy?
