Updating drivers...

...I've had a search and can't find anything on here.

So, can anyone recommend a driver updating site?

Preferably one that checks your drivers and then updates them for you - or is that asking too much?

I've had a driver checker thingy for a couple of years, but you had to download the drivers and install them yourself, which was sort of fine until I'd get one in a strange zipped file (no, not Winzip) which try as I might I never did get , so now I'm looking for a simpler life

If something doesn't work then update the driver yourself if you think that'll fix it.

If not, leave well alone.

So what is the OP doing, and all those people trying to revert their computers to Windows 7.

I spend almost no time at all administering my various MacPros, macbooks, mac-minis etc.

They just work - I must have saved thousands over the years being able to work when poor windows users are trying, for example, how to send an email attachment from Outlook to a non-windows PC.

Click custom and then look at the list I can;t remember I think drivers fall under "hardware"

P.S. Think Back! Windows 3.1 ..... Then Windows Ask yourself where did the new platform come from ??
