Used a spray wash and now have white furry residue and wheels gone white tinge

I've bout a snow foamer attachment for the jet wash, so will try foaming the bike with Sdoc100 next time. Pictures to follow!:green gri

That will be expensive option using sdoc as snow foam ! buy this for everything you want to snow foam and the snow foam bottle, buy a fully adjustable bottle, i usually fill with snow foam and also add some shampoo to the bottle.

No I don't. Most of my comments in the AT threads are positive, if you care to take a proper look. Most of your threads in the GS sections are just trolling, and pathetic. You obviously have an inferiority complex.:comfort

Most of my comments on the AT are positive too - it is designed to do a job and does that well, but it ain't designed to do what the GS does. It really is simple but some people - especially that arse wipe fellow, whose chain is so easily yanked ;) - want the AT to be a GS slayer and it simply ain't because it's is compromised towards off-road use, i.e pathetic big skinny wheels, under powered and pillion unfriendly when compared to a GS ;)

Ref cleaners, always spray cleaner onto a wet bike, NEVER let it get even slighty dry in direct sunlight otherwise you may well get the dread white splodge syndrome :)

P.S don't use cheap shit - did that need saying?

Sdoc100 goes onto a dry bike, leave on for 10-15 minutes then rinse off.:thumb

Is that what you use, Dave? The Karcher snow foam bottle I bought comes with snow foam. Anything I should look for in the ingredients to avoid, before I use it, as it says it's fine for cars and bikes?

Here's a couple of links

pH-value at 20 °C: 9.3
pH-value 1 %: 8.5

Don't use that one often but I still put it onto a wet bike :)

It won't work as well as it should then. I've always put it on dry, cold bikes, and it's been brilliant, with no issues.;)

i only buy valet-pro snow foam so cannot comment on the Karcher stuff, i too use s-doc products but find the 100 cleaner doesn't last long compared to the snow foam and the results are the same.
