Read some of my previous posts about them, time and time again I gave them another chance but sooner or later enough is enough, you wonder how such an unprofessional bunch of clowns can keep a franchise but it continues.

, but if your verbal communication is as poor as your written communication you might consider that it could be a contributing factor in your unhealthy relationship with the dealership in question. 'Pausing for breath occasionally' might be a good maxim to follow...in real life as much as in your virtual one on here.
