So I have a short quick time video and Windows 10.
Help please in how I edit and with what from windows and how to add music to the vid.
I can do most things mechanical but need some good guidance here.
Cheers

I use Openshot Video Editor: http://www.openshot.org/

It's very good. You can do all sorts with it. I've only used the Linux version, but it's available for Windows and Mac too. And it's free. :thumb

I haven't added a soundtrack to a video, but as far as I know, you just have to drag and drop the mp3 file onto the timeline with the video.

Maybe Windows Movie Maker?? :D

Top answer really....

It's free and pre loaded in Windows ready to go, I've used it for all sorts of 'projects'

As with all this stuff you do have to spend a bit of time with it to suss how everything works, but it is quite simple (I can use it) and it's more than enough for most people....:thumb2

Thanks guys. I didn't realise I had it loaded but have started working it out.
Cheers

If Win10 users find they don't have it you can download Essentials.
This also allows yo to use Live Mail which I find a lot better than Mail on Win10

I check the website..seems very helpful one..free version don't have watermark or something like that? Just keep it in my list, thanks!

By the way, I download a sildeshow software to editing video, hope I can handle it :)
