My new bike doesn’t come up on the vin decoder, any idea how long it takes for it to recognise my bike?

This one works for me https://www.mdecoder.com/ use the last 7 digits of the vin
Mines not showing on that site either. Or on most others. On some it shows as a 1989 BMW.....
Just tried to find mine (2015 model) It say they are having difficulties.

My bike comes up with everything except it says check service history 
In red letters at top of page it says the site is having difficulties try again in 24hrs.

Mines the same. When I click “check history” it takes me to an online check site, which charges you for the pleasure.
