its a bit slow but does work i have also just tried the bimmer work one above and that works for me aswell.
Possibly, non working on ipad or android phone, Bimmer.work seemed to try to work but then said its a 2003 car, it ain't

If using an iPad and Safari, try using Chrome app on it.
have you tried the phone with wifi turned off to eliminate your broadband provider as the problem? Easiest way to detect a likely DNS fault.
