A couple of weeks ago noticed my ESA on the gsa was not working,
so booked into Vines SL. Whilst they checked the bike out,
thought I'd order the Rally Pro3 jacket as well.
New part was required on the ESA , but had to be ordered from Germany,
as non in stock in the UK, same situation for the jacket.
As we were going on a trip to Austria in a couple of weeks, got
a bit worried. So off went the emails and phone calls daily to chase up
on the delivery time.
No need to worry bike fixed on Thurs , jacket arrived to-day, it was
a very close call, as we are literally now, ( as in this hour) off to Austria...
Well done to Matt for getting the ESA fixed.
Well done to the very nice girl ( sorry did not get your name)
on the service desk who kept me informed in a clear and lucid manner,
whilst I was getting very panicky.
