Vinyl. Wrapping

There's a thread on ADV rider about just this. I don't have the link but it's recent so should be easy to find

Not a hard thing to do, just get the right vinyl, something like air flow wrap vinyl from APA would make it easier to do if you have never done it before ( I am a sign maker by trade). A good hot air gun to set it and it's done. Lots of vids online.

Liquid-Grafix at Widnes do some interesting stuff!

He's my son and he keeps showing me things and offering to do my GS...

Really tempted but it's brand new

Vinyl wrap protects the paint and peels off easily when you get bored of it so what's not to like. Dipped camo can look nice but it's permanent

Guys a word of warning.u had my vinyl turn up yesterday.i.ve come to the conclusion wrapping is like plastering.it looks a piece of piss in videos but come to do it yourself and it all goes tits up.my vinyl wrap is currently in the bin.back to spraying for me.

That was exactly my thoughts on vinyl wrapping - tried it once on a small article and it is nowhere near as easy as some would make out. Ended up spraying my panniers with plastidip, has lasted well over two years.
