Hi Everybody and sorry for late reply,

After that they contacted me they offered to pay to fix the bike (since I had a protocol from a benelli workshop in sweden) and my lawyer costs (since I had started an EU court process).

We agreed to settle everything, and I am satisfied. I have deleted most of my posts on all forums which was part of our agreement. However I cannot delete here. So everybody have been informed about the status.

I want to show my gratitude for the support I have got during this from all the peopole on forums around the world, its really amazing.

Glad you got sorted

I got my current 1150 from them, and can't fault them......if anything, they undersold it by 500 quid (compared to prices for similar machines at the time)

Here's mine from the advert I saw.....I paid a deposit unseen and went up on the train to collect with cash a few days later and rode it from Bradford back to Essex
