Whilst viewing a vid clip on utube or similar, i had to turn down the volume to minimum, using the volume switch on the video control board :o I've carried on with my work since, now i want to turn the volume up again i've found that the pc's volume control settings are on high already as are the speakers :nenau

Any ideas how to jack the volume up a bit again :o

Did you use the volume control from the system tray or the actual program via control panel? Use control panel if you haven't just in case any other settings have been altered.

Still all quiet here :(

I used the volume control on the little screen that appears with the youtube clip, even going back to the clip and adjusting the volume dosn't work, well it still adjusts the volume but the range is from quiet to very very quiet now as doue the keybord volume adjuster :nenau

Double-click the Volume icon in the system tray to bring up the full controls, and make the sure the all the sliders are at max. The "wav" slider often gets set low when watching videos.
