Waiting for accessories

I just want to complain about the excessive waiting time for some BMW panniers for the new GSA.

My dealer told me I may have to wait an extra 90 seconds for my bike while they were fitted which I found utterly unacceptable, I've told them to stick their new bike where the sun don't shine

I will be emailing BMW customer services every day for the next 9 months until I get satisfaction

Anyone else been told similar??

In this day and age what with all the hi-tec and fast this and fast that I agree it is totally unacceptable .... Do they not under stand time is valuable riding time they are using up and to hurry up lol
