Want a quieter exhaust for 2010 GS1200

I'm interested if it's a Pre twin cam system. Isn't the 2012 GSA a twin can engine then?

It seems loads of our 'Mercan GS riding cousins' are having the same problems with their noisy twin cam GS's.

I think it sounds great for a BM but it took a wee while to get used to that GS growl under heavy acceleration....I love the popping and banging when you shut the throttle though and it always reminds me of a Spitfire landing.

Funny how my old HP2E sounded like an asthmatic mouse's fart by comparison

Probably some people find it a bit irritating the laoud nois like my neighbours or my partner
I think that the more older we get and comfortable the more intoleranting we become , I can not wait to get old and grumpy and to look at my exhaust pipe and say You are to flipping to noisy this days , let me phone BMW and ask them if thay can build something out off tune
