Akro exhaust for 2010 GSA

Can anyone tell me if the Akrapovic exhaust is a simple changeover from the stock one or does it need a re-map at the dealer? New 2010 model.

It'll be an easy swap over, make sure its for the 2010 model exhaust though and not for the 2009 and before.

The ECU unit does all the clever bits with the fueling, nothing to worry about

Sweeeeet will get it ordered up and fitted before heading off to the Alps and Black Forest. Just got my Zumo all fitted up and linked into my autocom and also set up thru a radio for bike to bike, what a ball ache but all done and working very well now thanks to my good mate Graham.

are you just fitting just the Akro end can!! if yes than get the 2010 can it allows you to retain the exhaust valve.

if you are fitting a full system!! you can use a early full sytems my full akro is for a 2008 bike and i fitted it to my 2010 bike however you lose the exhaust valve but gain more hp

Just going for the end can so easy swap over. The main reason is to save weight and give a fruiter note! Can anybody tell me where I will get the best deal on a new BMW dealer one ?
