What can i do, I want (at the moment )to keep the OE endcan, does Remus(or anyone) do a "system" without the endcan? u know just the down pipes/Ypiece? and will the standard can fit that? hate the look of the cat stuck under there!!

Plus does the end can only make much diff to the power? sounds great whatever!

Don't bother

Had 2 years running with a a Y piece, just put the cat and OE can back on and the bike runs so much better ... smoother with no difference in output as far as I'm concerned

My lambda probe burnt out too, I'm pretty sure that the Y had something to do with it

Shoulda gone the Tfi route and disconnected the lambda from the loom and had it set up on a rolling road-would 've saved you a fortune£££££ :thumb

Yeah but that would imply that I know what the f**k I'm doing :eek

You can fit your standard end Can to either Remus or Lazer Header pipes full system (Cat replacement). Iam currently running a Lazer front piece and standard Can. BUT the ideal will be the Akrapovich full system so save some money and go the Akrapovich way. No lean mixture problems and no need for a power commander or similar performance controller cost of which you have to consider if you compare the prices of Akrapovich VS Remus & Lazer.

Since every single bike is different, and every single exhaust is different (manufacturing tolerances etc.), you should always budget for a Dyno run and Power Commander regardless of what you're bolting to the bike. OK, so 99% of people have no problems. The poor sod who's in the 1% saves £300 on a PC and pays over twice that for an engine rebuild.
