Could do with some help. Took my GS across Spain 2 weeks ago and made a little detour off-road, but with the ABS still on. Came off the track (really not that rough) and have had the warning light showing ever since. The bike rides fine and it is aggro to get it into a garage right now - any pointers on whether it is simply a "re-set" needed thru' bouncing the bike round a bit?

Appreciate anyones's thoughts.

ABS problem

If something like a bit of grit gets between the ABS Sensor and the ring it will show as a fault and the light will stay on.I had the light stay on once I took it to BMW Parklane in Battersea who reset it, and it's been fine since. They didn't know why it had come on, just one of those things apparently.

Bulb blown in the taillight? And don't forget that, if it's the rear-light filament that's gone, it puts the brake-light filament on a half power so it looks like it's working.

I suffered the blown tail light syndrome and assumed some calamity had occurred. But why bother with this fail safe? Easier to have two bulbs, not connected to some computer crap.
