Water bottle carrier mount

Hi
I have a twin water bottle carrier that's designed to be fitted using screws through the pannier walls, this one: http://shop.touratech.co.uk/bottle-holder-for-two-bottles.html
I don't want to drill holes and wondering how else I can attach it and thought maybe mastic could work as its pretty dam string stuff, do you think it'll work?

Nope.........

It might stay while your looking at it, but when you get where you're going you'll wounder where it fell off.
