Weather lowest temps download.

Hi all.
Does anyone know where i can get a weather icon temperature guage that shows the lowest temperature spot during a 24 hour cycle in my area.

I fly birds of prey for a living and the weather climate is changing so much that just a general temperature is not good enough to know how much to feed them.

A Lowest point (at night) is usually what i need as that is what they have been exposed too Highest temp would be handy but not essential this then i can guage whether how much food they need in the morning. For example i may have woken up at 8AM and the weather says 10C on my desktop but at 3AM it may have been 3C. This is the figure i need so a normal desktop weather temp is not of much use.

Anyone know where i can download such a device to help with my work?

If you are only concerned about local to your residence then Digital Min-Max Thermometers/Weather Stations with either a lead or wireless remote sensor might do the job.

Note there are loads of makes - Oregon Scientific being probably the best known

Note you will need to do a bit more research for things like max range for remote sensor and how the min/max bit works - but if you put the base station in the location you keep the birds and the remote sensor somewhere outside then it would give you a good comparison of min-max for in and out as well as giving you the current reading.

I have a cheap lead based one and I leave the remote sensor dangling outside my window to give me a guide for when not to ride the motorcycle in the winter - it gets taken skiing as well just for amusement as to how cold it got overnight.
