hi guys , I,m looking at doing the west coast the end of april , apart for the normal rain , whats the weather generaly like at this time ,( warm - freezing etc )

the plan is cardiff to glasgow ( family there ) then onto skye - apple cross- then just follow the coast roads up to ullapool , then just keep heading north until we run out of time and have to turn back
We have about 10 days . but am not planning on setting any time limits to get anywhere just going to play it day by day.

General rule for the West Coast at any time of year is bring factor 30 and a good coat. If you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes.
