Can anyone recommend basic website building site?

I just want a fairly basic website and hopefully save myseld a few quid by doing it myself.

I use Weebly for ours. No IT skills needed, easy to use, just common sense really.

WIX looks pretty good. Lots of templates that works on PC and mobile.
