What am I doing wrong? Loading from the app problems

Just as an aside....ive transferred routes to the crn from the app, which I had emailed to my phone
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but had to load them as tracks once in the crn, then convert to route. They duplicated on transfer
Did the same, but connected the crn to my pc and dropped the same routes into the routes folder on the crn....transferred and ran perfectly
No issues with way points etc

Using BaseCamp to create, transfer a GPX route is pretty straightforward.

MyRouteApp is a bit clunky; I can’t believe how awkward and difficult the Dutch boys have made it.
I’ve enrolled in a training course with them, hopefully, to find what I’m doing wrong and raise my game….
