No sorry - got this off of some website - will have a look to see which website it was - but currently in work until 0230 - so will try and find out later, but i am sure there where only a couple of similar avatars like mine on the website - if you know the name of the cartoon have you tried a google search, i know i have seen it somewhere but cant remember where it was

It is called "for the birds" and is an extra on the DVD for the film "monsters inc" by Pixar if you know anyone with a copy of the film you can watch or dare i say copy it
