What does this plug do

Hi guys. As title says, what does this plug do and what does it feed? Will it be good for DRL's? It is under beak on right side by the horn on a 2012 gs. Ifor I can use it, is there a plug I can get that will fit it?

Hi there. I looked online and it would seem it is the power socket for the onboard BMW navigator GPS, it says in the info that it's 12 volts.

It's for the American market evap canister, no you can't use it. The Gps is a roundish plug not a timer plug like that.
