What I did to someone else's bike today

A fantastic job you've done. Full credit to your workshop/cleaning skills. :thumb2

Still looks horrible tho' (you knew that was coming and I didn't want to disappoint :D ).

i have to disagree , i think it looks bloody fantastic in Black :cool::cool:

thats a blinding job you have done there mike :beerjug:

Fantastic job Mike Bravo :bow
Knowing very little about these bikes I Googled it and notice most of the images feature bikes with large K1 graphics, I noticed some plain Black bikes I guess these never had the Graphics at all or maybe they were an option? :nenau
Either way, the looks of the plain Black variant has grown on me :D

Well I've just waved it off home. :(

I'd be feeling bereft if it wasn't for my recent acquisition. :)

Had a phone call this afternoon from a delighted Mike (CoolCarbon) with an invitation to view his newly refurbished baby - WOW - it really does look a million dollars - just like a brand new bike!!
Congrats to MikeP on doing such a sterling job on it - and I bet his new one will look just as good after he's breathed on in. :thumb

Thanks again Mike, Look forward to yours rolling out of the Bat Cave in the not too distant..:thumb

Mike is definitely avoiding eye contact with the bike - I reckon CC is right ;)

Nah! I was glad to see the back of it. Bleeding mucky old heap cluttering-up my garage. :augie

Actually, in that photo I was just checking the scent. I'd just let an enormous one rip on the seat. :D
