what is.....?

the point of having a SEARCH BUTTON at the top the page?!

there's tons of threads on both items on the board - do a search and settle back for a long read!!

and are they worth it?

No...

That's why Mr Tobinator has to find ways to launder his cash

That's why we run 'Y' pipes

Look Mr Pieman.... If you now run a GS your going to have to understand we buy things cause we like to buy things, please don't ask us to justify it you'll begin to sound like a woman:D

Tobinator has made a positive difference to my riding experience. To me, the price I paid for the Tobinator run over the next year that I will own this bike is definitely worth the outlay. They do seem a bit expensive to me given what they are (but they are still worth it)

And thank you for your help ........
And is there any point in posting such an answer?

I was sort of hoping for some to do a quick resume as we would do for newbie buying a Buell on the Buell site......

Which some posters have done, so thanks, and I will try and assess if I need "tobinators" .... :) :) :)

Mr Pieman
How does this site compare to the Buell one?

'tis unfair to say, as I have only been coming here for a few weeks. The Buell one is sort of "home".

I guess the adversity of owning a bike that was built using sub old eastern bloc QC standards sort of brings like minded people together.

The buell frustrates the hell out of me, but I love it. It's nearly perfect, but then it does something stupid. Bit like going out with Angelina Jolie , no doubt!!

And the owners are a real mixed bag - and probably some of the most fun "loners" I have ever met.

The approach on the Buell BB, is a " well, now you found us, you belong". Great technical help , and a sense of cameraderie ....

Pity the bikes piss oil every where and shake themselves to bits!!
Hence the GS!

I'll see how this one develops, as I'm sure you don't all have beards and work in accountancy ! :D :D

PS the Buell stays, as does the Duke !

welcome !

hope you enjoy 'you do after all live in the perfect country to make the most of a GS.:D :D
