What oil?

Question for all you high milage guys, whats the best oil to use? Intend to keep my 2009 GS for a good number of years so want to put the best in I can (without breaking the bank). Thanks.

thanks mate. I stopped worrying many years ok. They can take the pi55 all thay want but I found the answer to the oil question.
