what will this fit

Hi bought this a while back believing it to be off a basic thought it might fit my 87 para 80gs the numbers on the front aee the same in fact spitting image n all that, but my cable is a straght coupling where as this comes off at an angle and with out butchering the inside of the speedo casing will not fit. any thoughts or stupid comments apply

That is a side fixing speedo for the R65 or R80St, and fits in the modular pod, I would be interested if you decide to move it on, as it would be a good spare for my ST.

Just checked and it has the same code, 1244 and angled drive.

I have a spare in the garage... not sure if it works.. and may have another one almost new going in a few months if richie can sort me out with some fabrication time. I'll let keep you in mind!
