Along with a R100Gs I have recently acquired from my brother in law a 1969 norton mercury that is in a very sorry state and in need of a complete full ground up restoration. I'm contemplating one of two options and wonder what others would do.
The first is to keep it fairly standard and do 650ss Dominator livery, or make it into a cafe racer, although clip ons aren't an option for me due to a hand and wrist injury (flatish bars would probably look ok)
