This is all that I had within the pack. If you read cover letter, there is no mention of a breakdown cover card.

There should be more than that

That's exactly what I had, and the card was loose in the envelope, rather than stuck to the letter. There's a good chance it was there, and you threw it away by mistake.
I seem to recall that there was nothing else in the envelope.

Ok, so i found a card from when i had my last GS, i rang the number on the back, only yo be told that they can not help me. I need to speak to my retailer if I need a replacement card.

I got the same as you on my GSA , no silver card, or missed it if I did. to few honest hadn't given it a second thought. Can't we just google the phone numbers if we need them, I can do without another plastic card in my wallet.

This was included with the documents at the time of collection. Inside is information about the bike and telephone numbers. I can see it being lost or getting grubby pretty fast when touring.

Pick one or more from the following easy options:
1. Take a photo on your phone of the page with the pertinent numbers.
2. Add a contact to your phone and add the UK and Int'l numbers to it.
3. Upload the photo to an online storage service.
4. Write the numbers on a bit of paper and throw it in your wallet.
5. Duplicate and laminate the above piece of paper and store in several places on your bike for total "peace of mind".
6. Hand copies of the laminated paper to all your touring buddies and ask them to keep it safe and make sure it doesn't get grubby.

Nice to know you have a sense of humour

Hello
Have you worked out if it gets sent under separate cover, it can't be in that holiday sales. pack I've read the letter no reference to it. My bike was registered 27/3
