When buying a brand new GSA......

Bought my GS on March 15th and just got the card a couple of days ago. The letter said it "had come to their attention" that the card had not been included in a previous letter, though I don't recall receiving any other letter.

I got one of those letters yesterday! But I had previously received a card. The new card is identical. So I have a spare. Can I eBay it?

Still no card here from my November purchase. Might have been binned by me, who knows. Wasn't attached to anything.

Called the dealer who said it is all handled by BMW not them and to call BMW.

They did tell me however that on the warranty booklet is all the info you need. Page 3 or 4. All the numbers and countries covered etc. Number plate should work fine to confirm.

I will wait to see if something comes through the post...

I picked up my Triple Black brand new on the 1st March. I didn't get a card either...

But just this morning received a letter through the post from BMW with a silver card in it!

It came from Rohini Sahajpal "Customer Information Centre Operations Manager" - 0370 5050195.

I'm SURE she would appreciate a call from y'all...

I got the letter today saying they had realised that they had forgotten to send me my card and to please find it attached (it was). interestingly the letter was dated 12th April and I received it on 12th May!

Strange...................

I received a letter with the warranty and last week saying that they had forgotten to send the warranty card when they sent out the pack.
