I think as Berlin says Paul, but I’m still playing. I’m really not sure what functionality I’ll get with OSM? Is it just a map vector image or are there street names and postcodes behind the map to search for and go to?
.img maps stored in a garmin folder on an SD card plugged into a PC will be seen in BC.
(No need to have your sat nav connected).
NB
OSM has a mix of three language codes in its Maroc maps, visible on PC and BC as windows interprets the characters ok BUT your sat nav will not and throw a whole bunch of ????????? next to the place name.
Just sayin'
The problem is...a whole load of water, things, dreams and sacrifices have happened since then. My problem is not the maps but how the hell I did it last time. I even have a new, replacement Nav VI since then. Like all apps, programs and general PC fuckwittery unless one is on it on daily/weekly basis it’s easily forgotten
