I think it's great actually. 
How many times have people complained about illegally parked traffic warden scooters on double yellows while the warden is giving out hypocritical tickets
I hope that this one is genuine, and that it will send a message to the numpty that clearly says that they are not beyond the law

I see one of the vans parked on the road coming out of Newbridge towards the Curragh regularly. It's a straight road and I doubt there's ever been an accident on it, let alone a fatal one - unless you count someone hitting one of the stupid sheep that wander the Curragh
But it is a spot where you'd be inclined to speed up once you're past the garage

there is on on the N7 and M7 on a regular basic. not seen it but know lads in work who have been caught recently and they see it most days.

I saw one of those vans in Donegal on Sunday, parked at a very tight bend. The stupid thing is the speed limit here was 100 kph, Sebastian Loeb could not get around going that fast!
Thats not gonna stop anyone in Donegal from trying.
