where is this?

I've seen this sculpture on photo's before and at the weekend, whilst on a trail, I could see it in the distance but sadly, I hadn't got the foggiest idea where I was at the time!
I've searched the internet for sculptures in the Dales and I've consulted my sister who has arty contacts but no one can name it.

Can anyone here tell me:
where it is & how do I get there
what it is & who is the artist

Great picture thats a proper ride out picture thanks for posting it :clap

I went past the sculpture about 2 year ago / maybe 3 being "led" I wasnt taking notes Is it still a "legal trail"

thanks for that, if you look there are four gses, the red bike is a XR250, pic taken 1994 0r 1995.

Well it was one of the highlights of the weekend
Another was a memorial to the dead of WW1 north of keilder and we drove over a wooden bridge up a old road/drovers trail going north tried but cant find it again could anyone give light to the place please - Dont have a picture but the stone memorial seemed to be 10 ft high and about 3 ft square
