I've just worked out I'll be needing a tyre by the time I get to Vienna - anyone got any recomendations in this area?

Last time I needed a tyre in Wien, I went to BMW Wien (OK, I needed some additional emergency repairs). They had front and rear Tourances and Michelin Anakees in stock.
Having a tyre change at BMW Wien wll be expensive, why not change it before you go and keep the old one as a spare?

BMW is last resort, was wondering if anyone new a good independant place? I did think of changing before I went but I'd still have to pay to get my old one fitted back when the time comes and is it worth it for 2k miles...?
