Where to go?

The zip on my Streetguard 3 has broke but since buying it just under 6 months ago I've moved.
Would I have to take it back to the dealer from where I bought it or can any BMW dealer sort it out?

I think you have to take it back to the dealer you bought it from.

It seems they are having problems with SG3 zips,my year and a half old one went a couple of weeks ago,jammed then ripped away from the jacket at the neck.
The dealership swapped it for a new one without any fuss but did mention that they have had the same problem with a few other SG3's.

Could be real bummer once the warranty is out as they don't look easy to get repaired.

If you have the receipt you can take it to any BuMW dealer.

If you cannot find the original receipt, call the original dealer and ask them for a copy.

I have done both.

BuMW's clothing exchange / repair policy is very good. Not a hint of a quibble.
