Which colour GSA?

If you were going to buy a 2012 GSA, which colour would you choose?

Magma Red

Alpine White / Sand Rover

Triple Black

White is too black
Black is too grey.

Any of them if I could afford it.

None of the 2012 colours appeal to me to be honest...

...if I was pushed I'd say the Triple Black...but why BMW made the frame grey rather than stick with black I'll never know!?!

I've picked up a Triple Black just before Xmas and added the dark screen to it. Looks great, IMHO.

Good job we're not all the same though .... I think the grey frame of the GS/GSA triple black is perfect aesthetically, better than either black or silver

I would buy the Alpine white/sandrover, put black side panels on the tank, swap the seat to the red/black one, buy some red decals from Humvee Graphics and make it look like this

Best looking colour scheme for the 1200GSA imo, followed by Smoke Grey and the 30th Anniversary

True...that's why there's always different colour options every year...there's never the perfect one for everyone.

I wasn't that fussed with my Smoke Grey GSA when I got it...but I love it now!

Ditto. Was the best of 2 bad choices at first but now love it. Glad I went for it as I still don't like the yellow.

Good point the only problem with the Alpine white version is the seat. They might even agree to do a swap FOC

Won't BMW still do them in case Alpine White owners need a replacement for whatever reason? If not I'm sure you'll be able to get it recovered somewhere.

I did want a yellow one but none left. I'm not disappointed though!

I like the Alpine white but hate the sand seat, looks naff. If BMW would swap the seat FOC then I'd go for that, if not then I'd go for the Triple Black.

A few months? If we're lucky we'll see the new GS in September this year but the GSA most probably won't make an appearance until 2013 and I'm not prepared to wait around for that. Also not sure if I really want to pay BMW for the pleasure of helping them iron out new model 'teething problems'.

Just spoke to BMW Park Lane and they confirmed that they couldn't do a straight swap to black/grey - I'd have to buy a replacement but if I bought a new GSA from them they'd 'meet me half way' on the cost of the seat.

Anyone interested in buying a black/sand seat......... anyone?

Try another dealer ? can't believe they'd let you walk away over the cost price of a seat.
