After asking about the newer LED indicators and deciding not to go that route, I'm looking for alternatives. My 1150 has horrible mini-indicators which are unreliable so I want to get rid of them, they also have non standard bulbs which is a pain if one goes while out riding/on holiday etc.
I could fit standard GS indicators which are nice and large, but liable to break if the bike goes over. Not planning on it going over (who does) but do intend to do a bit of green laning at some point so they're not ideal.
There's the touratech mini ones, which are on rubber mounts and seem like a good idea, quite reasonably priced at around £50 for a set of 4.
Any other suggestions? Can you get standard ones with rubber mounts etc?
Must be a few people who've gone for something other than the standards so thought I'd see what else might be out there before I plump some money down.
