White Horse Historical Tour Sunday 20th May 2007

Serious about the pack lunch?? (
Erm, yes.

Well, put it this way - I have the cucumber and crusts already cut so I'm taking a packed lunch.

And a flask of coffee.

And an Apple.

And maybe some biscuits.

However, although it would be nice to get to Uffington before 4pm, I'm as flexible as a flexible thing that has been rubbed with flexibility oil.

So, we'll leave you at the pub and you can catch us up later  ;)

Actually I guess we could have a quick head count of those that are going....

Hands up those who DON'T want to take a packed lunch but would rather eat in a Pub?

Clive,

You are organising it .. so do it YOUR way! :thumb2

I will bring something! Or I will shoot off my own way if I want to stop for a long lunch. So don't worry about me. Just don't ask me to prove anymore of your theories :D

Hi Clive

I'm going too... Well, we're going too. See you at the Total petrol station. I donwloaded the route and I presume that is the waypoint 001 or 999. Am I right?

Cheers

See u tomorrow.

Thanks for an excellent ride, Gail didnt even winge that much.It was a great balance of on and off road. And well done for having the patience of a saint, organising that many numpties was a challenge.

Look out for Rowan's Hampshire Blat. Will try to find a suitable weekend soon.:guitarist

A good day out.

Lost eight bikes, but found them again, a few drops but no injuries. Result :thumb2

Only expecting 8 or 10, was a bit of a shock to see 20 of you at the garage

Thanks to all those who "volunteered" as Tail-ends :)

Nice ice cream at Uffington too.

Just to add to all that has been said, top day and great fun! Thanks to Clive for organising it!

I've even got a red nose and head!!!
