Windows Vista - Narrator - grrrrrrrr

Can anyone tell be how to access the start up file and switch off this Narrator devil that starts up every time I switch on the computer?

I know how to access msconfig on my work computer and turn start up programs off, but this Vista-Narrator has got me.

Control Panel / Ease of access / optimize visual display / make the computer easier to use

Will see what happens when I fire up tomorrow

Thanks. Took 2 shots to get the tick box changes to stick but PC fired up quietly today.
