Number 1 son has com ehome from Uni with his laptop c/w wireless card etc (oh these poor students  ) and wants to be able to use my broadband connection while at home.

All well and good if he is within a cables length of my PC as we have set up a peer to peer network using an ethernet link.

Now he's gone out and "procured" a Toshiba WRC-1000 Wireless Routing Centre without any instructions

We have, so far, been able to recreate our wired network (removing the cross over and using the box as a hub) but we need to access the setup screens of the router to get the wireless bit to our requirements.

Question is, does anybody out there know how to do it, or better still, have a copy of the instructions?

We have found a copy on the web, but it's in Japanese! Anybody read/ speak Japanese?

Thanks Steve, that's as far as I got too with no sucess.

The only "documentation" that was provided was written on a 'Post-It' note and was the IP address 10.0.0.1 along with a username and password.

That address doesn't do anything either

My PC is running Win 98 and sons laptop is running XP. He has gone off this weekend with his laptop, so I'm currently installing XP on an old machine from the loft so I can at least have 2 on the network!
