The spotlights On my 2010 GSA gave up a while ago, I checked the fuses and changed the relays under the tank which made no difference, tank is all back on now and I couldn’t find the fault.
My question is how do I wire the spotlights into the main beam so they just stay on all the time with the main beam?

Take a fused feed to from the battery +ve to the relay and from the relay to the spot lights.
Take a feed from the main beam at the headlight to the coil on the relay and the other side of the coil to battery negative along with the negative from the spot lights.
The can bus is not sensitive enough to detect the relay coil.

What he said, i added a set of lights to my 2011 like this and no canbus issues.

So like this?

Yes but if you want them to come on with main beam connect the green wire from pin 86 on the relay to the headlight main beam wire.

Thanks, my side and main beam come on automatically when the engine is running, was thinking because the main beam is HID it may be better wiring to side light?
