Wollaston BMW, Northampton

I bought our last bikes from Wollaston, one for me and one for the wife. We also spent quite a bit of cash on new helmets and stuff. I was very impressed with their service.
About a week ago I noticed that they had a 2005 bike for sale that I was interested in. As I am now a French resident, I emailed them and asked if they would be able to get a Certificate of Conformity from BMW UK for this bike. I would need one to register it in France. I know that BMW UK issue the C of C for free so I thought that it would be easier for them to confirm that they had one before I make travel arrangements to go and see the bike.
I never got an answer to my email and now am looking at other UK dealers to find what I want. A real shame as they used to be very good.

I would not assume that they received the email, anti-virus software can often filter emails into a spam folder if the sender is not a regular correspondant.

Fair point, as I have sent and had replies to emails from Wollaston sales staff.

Problems do occur - and its not why thats important, its how it is dealt with.

Always nice to hear a happy ending.
