I have just bought one from Maplins (£299) and got the RAM mount and QPAC from Dutchman - it all worked out at the same price as the motorcycle pack from mncgroup.

I ordered a zumo 550 from them and found out the price was only for the uk version 
,(watch them drop down menu`s).I gathered the zumo 500 was the uk only model?.
I cancelled within minutes and i am still trying to get my money back!!. Its been over a week now!.

I bought my Quest 1 from them, a couple of years ago under similar circumstances (the units weren't actually in the country at time of order) and I sent them several e-mails asking for updates, which they never responded to. My credit card had been debited with the funds and I was begining to wonder if I had been ripped off, when they finaly sent advice that the unit had been posted. I can't remember how long a wait it was.
Yes - they are cheap, but I don't think I'd buy from them again.

.....exactly my exprience so far..........They have my money, they don't have any Quests ( info' via sales staff on phone....I ordered via 'net )...don't answer e mails.....don't want to know....
If you have had a good experience with them, then OK, can't argue with that.......but never again for me.......
Web site still says "Next day delivery"...............

The 500 is a "local map" version. Different packages sold in different regions.
If you ordered a 550 I assume they must ship a 550 to you! Note that MC-mount, MapSource and map DVD is (should be!) included.
